How we get personal information and why we have it
Lawful Basis of Processing Personal Data: the lawful basis of processing your personal data is as follows:
• Consent. Once you have agreed to this Privacy Notice & the Cookie Policy of our Terms & Conditions, we will process your personal data on the basis of Consent.
• Legitimate Interest. As part of our general business activities, Film Access Scotland’s Legitimate Interest is to collect your personal data when you visit this website.
• Contract. Once you have started the process of reserving a space on a programme of activity we will process your personal data on the basis of a Contract, even if the process hasn’t been completed.
We use the information that you have given us in order to identify and communicate with participants on Film Access Scotland programmes, as well as categorise who is carrying out film access activity in Scotland and to contact organisations and individuals who may be interested in the work of Film Access Scotland.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in Film Access Scotland servers.
We will retain your personal data to support our records for up to 2 years. We will then dispose your information by deletion.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
