• Legitimate Interest. As part of our general business activities, Film Access Scotland’s Legitimate Interest is to collect your personal data when you visit this website.
• Contract. Once you have started the process of reserving a space on a programme of activity we will process your personal data on the basis of a Contract, even if the process hasn’t been completed.
We use the information that you have given us in order to identify and communicate with participants on Film Access Scotland programmes, as well as categorise who is carrying out film access activity in Scotland and to contact organisations and individuals who may be interested in the work of Film Access Scotland.
We may share this information with Station House Media Unit (company number SC332413 and registered charity SC034211). Film Access Scotland’s website is hosted by Station House Media Unit’s web server.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in Station House Media Unit servers.
We will retain your personal data to support our records for up to 2 years. We will then dispose your information by deletion.
